CHINATOWN BATHROOMS REHABILITATIONS INITIATIVE
Do you avoid using bathrooms in Chinatown? If you just can’t hold it, do you shudder in disgust thinking about having to use one? If you’ve survived using a bathroom in Chinatown, do you have survival stories to tell about them?
The idea was originally developed for Boston’s Chinatown, this Initiative consists of a Chinatown’s Bathrooms redesign and rehabilitation competition along with a Destination Dining Bathroom Management Training Program and Inner Beauty Chinatown’s Bathrooms Marketing Campaign. The Initiative uses restaurant bathrooms in Chinatown as a way to creatively develop a new model for a community economic development strategy.
