Nina Kahori Fallenbaum is the Food & Agriculture Editor for Hyphen magazine. Formerly worked on local and regional food initiatives at the United States Department of Agriculture, was Director of Programs for Kids First Oakland and the University of California at Berkeley’s Achievement Award Scholarship Fund. Serves on boards of Tule Lake Committee and Japanese American Women Alumnae of UC Berkeley, philanthropic and educational organizations in California. She also volunteered for Peace Boat Japan.
